The Mental Health Cultural Competence Center (MHCCC) is an initiative from the State of New Jersey (Multicultural Competence Training Center), that allows mental health agencies the opportunity to gain additional education and training in the area of cultural competence. The Training Center provides diversity training, cultural competence conferences, publications and newsletters, a resource library of material relating to managing diversity, and assistance in the development of an agency "Cultural Competence Plan".
